I've been busy getting things ready for an art festival in June through August. I know I am out of my mind. I don't know why I chose to do it. But, I did, so I am now bound to see it through. I have been jogging and checking out the potties, but they are the same old potties. Nothing new lately, since I go to work and come home. Run in be tween. I promise I will write when something different happens....actually, about 2 weeks ago, I went to a meeting regarding the Art A Fair in Mission Viejo. I did use the bathroom and they wer pretty spiffy. The meeting was in the Senior Citizen's Center. My past exposure to Sr Citz Ctrs is that t hey are small, dingy buildings or bungalows with a nice dirt parking lot. Hey, I come from Appalachia. But this one was beautiful, huge, decorated, fountains, plants, etc. I did take a few photos, but I will upload them eventually. The bathroom was very accommodating, large, clean, decorated in the latest style. Natch. It actually made me wish I lived in MV rather than the beach city. The beach city is very touristy, and that is it. No conveniences, only hotels, restaurants, a marina. PFFF. But the school here is excellent and my kids did very well by transferring here in their last years of HS. They may not agree, but compared to the kids they left behind in the Appalachia, they are doing very well. So all is not bad here.

I will argue that transferring my senior year was a bad choice, school-wise...don't you remember they had me take freshman math instead of calculus?! I think the public schools in PA were better, they didn't have 3000 kids to try to keep track of! But I don't think I would've made it out here ever if we hadn't moved when we did, so it's good.
Keep weaving, it's good for you! And you'll be glad you did the show even if it gets kind of crazy...
